Medication Helper Application

This Privacy Policy is currently in alpha stage, coinciding with the alpha release of the Medication Helper application. As an evolving product, this policy may undergo significant changes. Updates will be communicated through app updates and Google Drive documentation.
Our Privacy Commitment
Medication Helper is built on a fundamental principle: your health data belongs to you. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on external servers.
Data We Store
The following data is tracked exclusively on your device:
- Medication names and details
- Schedules and reminder preferences
- Usage logs and dose history
- System events and app settings
None of this data is sent to Bio And Engineering Solutions or any third party. If you uninstall the App, all data is permanently deleted unless you have exported it beforehand.
No Analytics or Tracking
Medication Helper does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or telemetry. We do not track your usage patterns, medication habits, or any other behavioral data. There are no ads in the App.
Permissions
The App requires three permissions to enable core functionality:
- Notifications — for medication reminders
- Precise alarm scheduling — to deliver reminders at exact times
- Storage access — for backup and export features
All scheduling is handled entirely on-device.
Data Export
You can export your medication data at any time as a JSON file for sharing with healthcare providers or for personal backup. Exported files are created locally and shared only through methods you choose. Bio And Engineering Solutions does not have access to exported data.
Screen Capture Protection
Medication Helper offers an optional screen capture blocking feature to prevent screenshots and screen recordings of sensitive health data. This can be enabled or disabled in the App settings.
Your Control
You have full control over your data at all times:
- View all stored data within the App
- Export data as a JSON file
- Delete all data via App settings
- Uninstall the App to remove all associated data
Changes to This Policy
Since this is an alpha release, this Privacy Policy may undergo significant changes. Updates will be communicated through app updates and Google Drive documentation. Our core commitment to local-only data storage will not change.
