These Terms of Service govern your use of the Medication Helper application ("the App"), which is currently in alpha stage. Terms are subject to material changes communicated through in-app notifications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Medication Helper application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Medication Helper is a medication tracking tool developed by Bio And Engineering Solutions. It provides scheduling, reminders, and adherence tracking features to help you manage your medication routine. The App stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The App is intended as a helpful organizational tool only and cannot substitute for professional medical advice. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical questions or conditions.
4. Data Handling
All medication data remains stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, using the App appropriately, and complying with all applicable laws. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is and as available" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Bio And Engineering Solutions cannot guarantee the accuracy of all features and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed medications, data loss, or reliance on App notifications.
7. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may suspend access immediately for any reason. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
